Mr. Marshall has been acquiring and developing mineral properties for his own and other companies since 1974 with an emphasis on British Columbia, the Yukon Territory, and most recently South-West USA and Alberta.

He founded Micrex Development Corp. in 1987.
Mr. Marshall's primary focus is on the development of Micrex as a viable junior exploration and mining company.
His primary education is in Business Administration and Chemistry at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, and Geology courses at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Charles E. Burnett is a director of the company.

Mr. Tom Bryant; V.P. Exploration and Development is a professional prospector well known in Alberta.

He has College Honours degrees in Cartography and Thematic Cartographic Technology as well as associated courses in Geology.
Tom Bryant has been active in the mineral exploration industry since 1978. He has headed up his own exploration and mining efforts in addition to consulting for other companies.
Mr. Bryant is the author of “The Modern Goldseeker’s Manual”, a Canadian best-selling book on gold prospecting in print since 1988.
He is credited with the first documented diamond find in Alberta.
