Shares Issued For Annual Payments On Burmis, Quebec Properties
Micrex Development Corp. announced that it has applied for regulatory approval to issue a total of 176,471 common shares at $0.255 per share in respect to its previously described agreement wherein the Corporation purchased a major magnetite/titanium property in the Saguenay/Lac St-Jean region, in Bourget Township on the north shore of the Sagueany River, Quebec. The agreement was entered into on June 13, 2003 and provides for a yearly payment to be made to Roch Cormier in the sum of $45,000, payable in cash or common shares. These shares will be issued subject to a 4 month hold period terminating on October 23, 2004.
The Corporation also announced that it will, subject to regulatory approval, be issuing a total of 274,510 common shares at $0.255 per share pursuant to two Agreements dated July 10, 1997 between the Corporation and each of 393466 Alberta Ltd. and Robert Cantin, wherein the Corporation purchased interests in certain magnetite claims located in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. The Agreement between the Corporation and 393466 Alberta Ltd. provides for a yearly minimum payment to be made in the sum of $28,000, payable in cash or common shares. The Agreement between the Corporation and Robert Cantin provides for a yearly minimum payment to be made in the sum of $42,000, payable in cash or common shares. These shares will be issued subject to a 4 month hold period terminating on October 23, 2004.
