Geophysics Programs Announced For Two Properties
Micrex announced today that it will be conducting airborne geophysics programs over two properties.
A program is planned for the Alberta Buffalo Hills Diamond Prospect and another is planned for the British Columbia Bighorn Precious Metals Project.
The Buffalo Hills Program will be a fixed wing aircraft aeromagnetic survey that will follow up on a recently released Government regional indicator report. The claim block owned by Micrex has significant levels of olivine with pyrope and other significant indicator minerals down ice.
Apex Geoscience will administer the program which is expected to take place within 2 weeks.
The Bighorn program will also be administered by Apex and will be a helicopter Electromagnetic/Aeromagnetic survey designed to follow up on the results of the on-ground exploration from last year where significant gold values were found off the known vein structures.
The geophysical data will be used to guide this seasons exploration effort.
Micrex intends to get an early start on the exploration season at Bighorn with the aim of mobilizing a drilling program during the 2004 exploration season.
Micrex is awaiting final confirmation of the timetable but expects the program to begin in the next 3 to 4 weeks.
